.::Helpful Dates to Know::.

I found this timeline from TKG this morning and found it very helpful! Just a guideline!

It is typically recommended ordering and mailing your Save the Dates 6-12 months before your wedding. Invitations should be ordered 4-6 months prior to the big day and mailed approximately 8 weeks before (6 weeks is sometimes sufficient.) Programs, menus, place cards and table cards should be ordered 3-6 weeks before your wedding.

8 months before- create your wedding website
4 months before- finalize your guest list and submit for envelope printing or calligraphy
6 weeks before – send your wedding announcement to newspapers
3 months after- have all your thank you notes written and mailed

Return Address Printing

I recently had a customer ask for return address printing and came up with these samples! I'll be adding this to Etsy as its own listing soon on certain colors/styles...I think they look beautiful! This is a great alternative if you are doing labels to address your invites or sending your invites to have calligraphy addresses added.

Keeping an eye on what colors are hot for the 2011 Wedding Season .... look no further! A combination that continues to pop up is black and lime.
